CONFORMITY OF GOODS-VARIATION PER UNIT-BULK
The goods sold pursuant to this sales agreement shall be individually packaged in [Type of Containers] containers, and the net weight of the goods in each container shall not be less than [Specification of weight in ounces or pounds, or as the case may be], subject to a variation of plus or minus [Variation Percent] % percent per container.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
